It pretty much fried itself in the oven I defiantly used a fuckton of oil I even had to pour some out lol. Wondering if I should have fried it for a minute then flipped it over before topping it and throwing it in the oven to fully cook

Pizza was almost perfect - way better than what I normally make. Nice caramelized edges just need to work out the doughey center. How long do you bake it for? I tried 12 minutes but it looked like it could use a bit more so added an extra 2… I think I just used too much dough
