This is also my wife, who refuses to get a password manager and would rather guess 5 times, get locked out, have to reset her password and then do the whole thing over again
I hear you, it’s confusing how they convince themselves getting locked out of their account and calling customer support’s should be a regular occurrence.
This was me with the twitch data dump few years ago… but alas my password wasn’t in there
