The fabs are booked solid for the next 3yrs. It would require the customers to cancel their orders and that would only happen if they believe they can afford to let their competitors get ahead. This will keep moving forward unless China goes into Taiwan or global markets crash.
Bankruptcies tend to mean the orders are cancelled.
They’ll never want to go back to what we gave them you’ll be making up the difference
We need a third option.
