Reading through her posts though, it became clear why she did, actually, do it though. She was in the process of fighting a legal battle for custody rights of her child. She said many times that if she were to completely lose custody she would kill herself. Guess what ruling she received shortly before her suicide? Complete loss of custody.

Also, Chappelle claimed she was, or was one of, his best friends. However he didn’t go to the viewing, or the funeral, or help assist her family with costs, or anything substantial. He sent a card.
