Luks+btrfs with Arch as daily driver for 3 years now, mostly coding and browsing. Not a single problem so far :D
Little spoons, big spoons, forks, knives. And yes they are insane :p

I’ve installed popOS to a couple of relatives, haven’t had anty issues for a year so far. Can definately recommend!
