Better fit. 100 percent. I can teach skills. I can’t teach trust in me and my team.

Something like 65 hours. I used to routinely do 3 day fasts when I was working out a lot. But routinely like every 3 to 6 months. They are very hard to sleep and be functioning on.

I am a manager of many employees. I don’t look for people that stand out. I look for people that fit in with the culture we currently have. Ones that can be honest about mistakes and take criticism without taking it personally. I have an excellent team and the best thing I can do as their manager is not bring a new person into the mix that will disrupt that balance.

I have a ECU tuner with my Camaro. It has a tire size setter for this exact purpose. People use different tires for many reasons.

Very valid points and I park reversed most of the time as well. However slanted parking is quite common in store fronts.

Calling is 10 times faster for 90 percent of my issues in my job. And my job is dealing with issues for 30 different people happening simultaneously. So yea, I like to cut back time when I can.
