Hey Riddle Riddle - best humor and host interaction of any podcast I’ve listened to.

I’ve noticed less interactions between strangers in general. I think there is a general anxiety issue and a fear of conversations going south/ people getting aggressive. Whether or not that’s rational idk.

Its insane that custom launchers are even needed. I gave the base Samsung version a try and it wont even let me move the app drawer button, its glued to the bottom right. I’d expect an android to let me customize more than windows. Never understood the big tech companies need for this much control. Some brand manager will have a heartattack if I change an app icon, a basic feature in any version of Windows.

I agree completely. I actually set it so I don’t see posts from bots. Before that I was manually blocking them.

Im actually going to try enabling them again though, so I can check out the fediverser project. Maybe things will be different this time.

Hey this sounds really cool! I just wanted to say I clicked your links trying to find out in detail what fediverser was and wasn’t able to find an about/information page.

I’ll look into this more, thanks for sharing the project! From what Im getting from this post it sounds like it could be a big boon for Lemmy.

Ive made two communities, !gameclub@sopuli.xyz and !wizards@lemmy.world. Wizards recently broke 500 subs and is seeing posts by other users so thats really cool. Gameclub was abandoned awhile back but Ive retooled it and I still think it can serve as a catchall/casual/meme space on the site. I am posting more on other lemmy gaming communities to keep them active as well.

I stepped into a temporary position as a stopgap when the old mod of !bisexual@lemmy.world was taking a leave of abscence and it kind of bit me in the ass when the first post in months hit over 200 comments and 15 reports. I’ve added a couple new mods and Im open to adding more if anyone seems interested.

In all honesty I’ve started using tumblr more than lemmy, which on one hand is good as it gives me more content to post but on the other hand it means Im not here as often commenting and keeping an eye on things.

Podcasts maybe? That’s my most braindead activity. It’s an easy thing to do in bed while trying to sleep too.

Time also goes by faster at night if youre tired so getting some exercise during the day might help.
