It really doesn’t make sense to start at 1 as the value is really the distance from the start and would screw up other parts of indexing and counters.

It’s artificial as in fake, not man-made and it’s been that way since the 70’s. It’s only the pop-sci definition that’s inaccurate. AI has always been about faking decision making whether it is an adversarial AI in a video game or a chat bot. You can hate the overhyped wallstreet buzz around LLMs, but this semantic argument crap has just been annoying.

Nope! Plants do absorb green light, but since the sun is green, it would be too intense to do it all at once, so they reflect it back as to not overheat, and to let other parts of the plants to absorb it.
Now, you may be asking me, “What do you mean the sun is green?” The sun isn’t yellow, it’s white, but blue gets stripped out by Rayleigh scattering. “But then how is it green?” White is green as an even temperature white light has a dominant wavelength in green, but a large bandwidth into blue and red. Same reason we use green materials like silver, aluminum, and soda lime glass.
We need worker cooperatives. Unions are a bandaid over the misaligned incentives that capitalism creates. We need better education on exactly how these things work.

1·1 month agoYour email is tied to their servers. It’s not like a phone number that can just be transferred, you’ll have to notify/update everyone/everything that has that email to a new one.
I don’t use Arch because I don’t trust the AUR. I run ubuntu based distros on my desktop and servers for better compatibility with software and then use Fedora based software on my laptop and media center.
