Heck, with half a billion, he could also just buy his own ‘Epstein island’, fully stocked with kids to rape. Even if that’s what he wants, there are easier ways to get it. Why’s he so stupid?

They’ll just funnel their money through hidden subsidiaries without the toxic name.

I hope it leaves him disillusioned and unwilling to sink further money into campaign spending, though.

Unless some radicalized sniper gets a lucky shot, nothing could possibly affect him, not really, not materially. If he’s got the minimum brains required to set aside $1 Billion in a ‘rainy day emergency fund’ in safe, foreign assets, then no realistic scenario could ever result in him no longer being a billionaire. And that fund alone would be enough to live in absolute luxury for the rest of his life (though he might have to set aside his private space program ambitions).

But it will affect him emotionally. And barring random act of terrorism and/or a revolution that completely reorganizes our society, that’s all we’re ever going to get. So I’ll settle for imagining how upset and frustrated he must be right now.
