This is a pretty typical Western way of completely misinterpreting karma. It’s supposed to describe how negative energy travels through the world, and white people just think it means “bad thing always happen to bad person”.
Daddy’s Dogs. He’s in Printer’s Alley standing a little ways down from their location there. You can actually see the sign behind the red and white sign for Fleet Street.
It was covered in an episode of Radiolab and they interviewed the guy who experienced all of this. I’m not invested enough to find a source but it’s definitely not an urban legend.
Are you seriously trying to predict the actions of the US federal government using an argument based on logic and common sense?
Yeah strong Lucille Bluth vibes. “Here’s some money go see a star war.”
No that would be:
Touchin’ meEEEEEEEeeeEE! Touchin’ yoOOOOOOOoooOO! Touching’ me YEAH I’M TOUCHIN’ YOOOOOOU!
As a musician who has had to play it more times than I’d care to admit, I just want to remind everyone that Neil Diamond wrote that song about an 11-year-old
Found the fascist!
To me this is the same philosophy adopted by Israel when they kill Hamas leaders. This isn’t chess, folks. Killing the king does not end the game.
Name one time since Hitler that the death of a world leader has resulted in the end of an armed international conflict.
Don’t know who downvoted you, you’re absolutely right. Just as an anecdotal example, my grandmother was an extremely intelligent and progressive Italian-American woman, but Columbus was the one thing she would never budge on. It goes back to a time when Catholics had to constantly defend their loyalty to America. I’d imagine St Patrick’s day was a similar thing. It was these immigrants’ single point of pride that other Americans would respect and understand.

How many people have you shot?
Yes, bowling! And not to be that guy, but you should watch that movie. Like tonight.
A pager isn’t “enemy equipment” in the same way a missile or a gun is. There were literally cell phone stores exploding in Lebanon. A 9-year-old girl died. This is 100% a fucking war crime. If someone kills a member of your family do you get to booby-trap the stove in their house so the kids get their faces melted off?
Because they would be labeled as a terrorist and promptly dismissed. Gandhi wasn’t perfect, but he knew how to get shit done. The US is the most destructive and lethal country in the world, just like Kamala said at the DNC.
I always have to preface this by saying I am by no means a Putin apologist, but just follow the money. America loves a war no matter where it is. And why? Because we gotta sell all these bombs and missiles to someone…
No, alternating current doesn’t have a polarity like DC does.
“Let’s just say, for argument’s sake, that I may do things for money that are bad enough that other people want to kill me… how much money would I need to pay someone to not feel that way?”
