YES! Get to the city any way you can. If you don’t have any money see if you have something to trade or sell. Go to a homeless shelter, some have case workers who can help you. Some cities have shelters just for victims of abuse where they make sure your identity is hidden and they can help you get setup with housing and other assistance. You’ll likely have more options since you’re disabled. Your family is less likely to go to a city to find you. You deserve way better and I hope you find peace.

People are protesting because the cost of living is so high, they don’t give a fuck about HDI or GDP.

The 2010 referrendem was proposed because of high cost of living and rich white people controlling everything. Plus, were they gonna get support going forward or were they expected to become independent on their own after like 500 years of being colonized?

I’m guessing rich white people are still in control, and the protestors are mostly black. Doubt they’d send their controversial anti riot police to beat on an island full of white French people.

Fuck France for doing this. Barring demonstrations and protests, then sending some special anti riot pieces of shit to hurt people stuck on the island that France forced their ancestors to, and now their likely stuck on, is gross as fuck. And living on the island sucks it sounds like, probably because of France.

Or, they’ll straight up murder them if they get in the way or resist. They don’t give a fuck about who or what lives there. They will extract the resources they want and move on to the next spot.

Killing a bunch of poor people in war isn’t going to save the planet. And countless animals die and have their habitats destroyed. Earth would benefit from a lot less wealthy humans.
