Engine light on isn’t always scary, just means something has disturbed the normal course of things and might need some looking into. A flashing engine light however, that can be worse that even the low oil pressure (which is bad).

Battery just means your alternator is screwed up somehow. I’ve driven mine like a EV before with a charger along for the ride to charge back up. Not great on the battery long term, but for short trips it’s doable.

Temp - well, that could be anything depending on if it’s an idiot light or a gauge. See the needle on a gauge go up quickly, same rule as the flashing engine light. Pull over and shut down.

You may have led it to look for wrong things. What if you just input the text and ask it to proofread it. Sometimes having a more neutral prompt allows the LLM to lapse more in its predictive nature.

I think there are other conspiracies within the automotive industry that are true, i.e. could have done better for fuel economy but would have impacted profits. The water car is not one of them. There are applications that use water to change engine dynamics that are viable (my dad had a patent on one and lived his life battling people who didn’t want to hear about it), but running on water is too far from reality.

I think so. Our automotive-prone minds see it pointing this way and see a car, but that’s probably the back.

More detailed and accurate reply is preferred, but length isn’t a quantifier for that. If anything that’s the problem with most LLMs, they tend to ramble a bit more than they need to, and it’s hard (at least with just prompting) to rein that in to narrow the answer to just the answer.

It wasn’t that disfigured. When I first saw it when it came out I recognized him, whereas the people that usually watch it in release order now see some young guy they haven’t yet seen, like Luke would. And why is he young but Yoda and Obi-Wan not? Appearance at the end of life as a Jedi doesn’t work, as supposedly he’s been “saved” by Luke.

Now I can easily explain why Luke understand who he is using the Force, they sense who each other is. Same reason why he can see them at all. But it’s one of Lucas’ bad ideas for edits.

You know what edit is the absolute worst that I cringe when I see it? No, it’s not Rick Berman McCallum’ (“so much more detail, so dense”) add ons because CGI is so hot. It’s the one originally deleted scene (I think, pretty sure it wasn’t there) of Han and Jabba. I liked the scene, but the manner of edit and CGI work is so bad with Han stepping on his tail it stands out, and then Han’s ending line of “you’re a wonderful human being” leaves new viewers confused.

They wanted people who would give the best PR answer, maybe even only the ones who would answer what the CEO had answered. They didn’t want realists, and it’s probably a dodged bullet.

Anytime someone pulls that phrase on me, I look and them and slowly say, “You’re right. It definitely is, what it is.” Then they have the look of realization on how much of a filler thing that is to say.
