64·28 days agoYes. But I also think that it’s been left to smoulder on purpose. The western allies have all the firepower needed to push this invasion back. This trickle of weapons and support isn’t stupidity or poor supply chain. It’s malicious. It does not allow Ukraine to win, just to hold on. Ukraine should be getting all the support and more to help her stop bleeding.
I thought it was travesty of incompetence. But I am sure it isn’t as the US, UK and France and others don’t seem to lose supply when weapons are needed elsewhere and being bought.
Ukraine should be given everything she needs to gain independence. I fear she is being used and being setup to create a long term weapons market.
Ding ding ding. That’s why the Western countries don’t put out the fire. Just let it keep smoldering to make that sweet sweet money while real people die each day in a stupid war.

Because it a a white elephant that allows governments to take longer to pivot to renewables allowing fossil fuel to continue for much longer than needed. It’s playing out in Australia. Australia is never going nuclear. But it allows governments to waste time debating and considering. Even when every forecasting body that isn’t tied to the nuclear lobby laughs them out of the room.
Access. The Rolodex. The ability to not have a conscious. Those are what are valued.
