A segue to a tactic that proton has used for years to subversively market for themselves, and market against other providers. They have been caught out doing it multiple times, including posting the exact same comment from multiple accounts pretending not to be affiliated with proton, those comments seem to disappear though in time.
Following how they conduct themselves on reddit was definitely an eye opener, at least for those with their eyes open.
A lot of proton staff would have already been well aware of what proton was really about.

*1 of mullvads co-founders has far right ties, that is significantly different to “the founder”; but his actions have tarnished mullvad significantly, and I am not aware of the company doing anything about it, they do not appear to have handled it well at all, even though the other co-founder stated he does not agree with the far right sponsorship.
