I have a Moccamaster which isn’t the best drip machine but it is very solid one from what I gather online.

I’m not super deep. I’m lazy so I’m just drinking drip coffee but I grind the beans fresh and buy from a local roaster. I’ve done a lot of cold brewing in the past and pour overs. Although drip tastes similar to pour over at a fraction of the effort which is why I just drink drip now. I’ve tried a lot of beans. My go to right now is a medium roast from Costa Rica.

Damn. Are you making espresso or how do you like your coffee? I’m starting to go deeper and deeper into the coffee rabbit hole.

Yeah. Extremely good software engineers can easy demand $200/hour as a contractor and that’s still considered low. They are essentially doing that much worth of work for free.
