ahh its been so long since I used regular Debian in school I thought it had ppa since raspbian does

I hopped more for different desktop experiences than distro. now I’ve settled into arch for the last 12+ years

my experience was with sddm

of course I could have RTFM’d but it’s really weird that it doesn’t set DRM itself. so if you think you’ll get any kind of sensible default on first boot … well. nope you get nothing not even TTYs to fix it
