    Europe: 0 (if you exclude Belarus)

    The deterrent effect of the death penalty isn’t proven. I don’t see positive effects if it doesn’t help to prevent crimes. (there are other measures which do work)

    I’m glad that it is that way here. I wouldn’t want to live in a country that threatens to kill its inhabitants.
