- Reading, writing.
- Go out for my (long) daily walks.
- Spend time with my spouse
- Not thinking once about the coming week, fully being in the moment ;)
I’m hoping to have a more mindful weekend as well!
Hope you will enjoy it ;)
Same to you!
Writing, gaming, being outside.
Probably go out with boyfriend somewhere, we haven’t figured out what. Mostly do a bit of cleaning, and bake some bread. Our kid will be staying with us this weekend, often his grandparents offer to take him for the weekend, so probably have him help clean or at least sort his Lego setup.
I’ll be back at work today and over the weekend so mainly going to and from work. In my spare time I will play through re4, which I briefly played when it first released at a friends house. I love the setting and the graphics are great. I think it’s the folk horror vibes that the village gives me that keeps me interested in it. It’s been in my library for a while but just recently watched nosferatu(2024) and it’s reminded me to play it.
Got a socialist conference tomorrow and an anarchist meet up Sunday.
Also seeing my brother tomorrow at the conference which I baked bread for so looking forward to hearing what he thinks of it.
My mother broke up with her partner so dealing with that fallout too which I’m anxious about.
That is a fairly busy weekend! How did you hear about those events?
I’m a socialist party member and I attend demos where i have met anarchists so now the two groups keep me fairly busy.
Rot in my corner.
I need to get some painting done in my living room… been putting it off for months. Still have gallons of paint sitting here
Valentines weekend! Today I work, but Friday is my actual Friday so I have all weekend with my beloved. This year he has planned something for us, so I am not sure yet what we will be doing. :)
Looking into transatlantic crossings by an ocean liner! I’ve always wanted to travel to another continent by sea. After a cursory glance it isn’t that expensive for an inside cabin and the ship that does these crossings is named after a British Queen! Only downside is that she stops at a port in New York so I’d have to go all the way down to New York to get to the port she arrives/stops at, and then back up to Canada on the return trip.
I’m thinking of booking pretty far in advance though, since it’s gonna be quite a lot for me since I’ve never been on a ship before LMAO
