If the Finnish president’s claim is true and unaltered, the call was requested by Ukraine. I would say Ukraine knows why such a call would make sense for it. But, maybe this should have been underlines more to Finland’s allies before the call was made?!
Also, the Finnish president is from a party not at all known for honesty, so I’m taking his claim with a bucket of salt.
