I used to be kind of into spicy food, but this is what ended it for me.
I can get to where I really enjoy the spicy on the way in … but I never enjoyed it on the way out. Just not worth the pain I knew I’d have to endure later.
It’s the worst and you can’t even stop it like you can stop eating. You just have to endure and push through.
Capsaicin helps with hemorrhoids though, so push as hard as you want.
