What are you guys doing for Halloween? Any cool costumes!?
One of my kids decided to be a Pokemon card this year! They’d already found one of the custom card generator websites, so he designed the card, and we got that and an upscaled image of a pokemon card back printed, and slapped those on some foamboard with a ribbon harness!
He got a ton of compliments for it, he was very pleased with himself! Lot more adults than I expected recognized it right away, too

My wife was in a cow onesie and I was in all black with a foam ball secured to my shoe. It had the word “moon” on it. I’d hold my foot out and she’d jump over it. We were the cow jumps over the moon!

That’s a pretty good list! And yeah, I watched the Terrifier movies for the first time this year and I guess they’re just not for me. Impressive practical effects, but uh more violent then I need. Enjoy H20!

Went out soon after the trick-or-treaters came out to go see what the neighbours display looks like at night. Luckily I don’t live right next to them.
Went to supermarkets to see how much halloween candy they have left, and if they’ve started discounting them… Looks like the shelves are still full (I can’t imagine how much stuff they have behind the scenes) and no discounts yet.
They don’t discount them any more around me and it breaks my heart. I used to live for those sale candies.
Went Trick or Treating in a new hometown with my family, had a great night, came home and put some candy in this uranium glass dish:

We ended up not getting anything and now I’m bummed. I got a ton of sour warheads popping candy and magical color changing fundip. Oh woe whatever will I do with all this candy now!? 🍴
Ran into a snag that prevented me from going to a Halloween thing, so no plans.
I had planned on wearing my partial fursuit with a long sleeve shirt that had fake blood on it, a pair of dirtied jeans, and my old boot like shoes that are already pretty dirty and mangled from usage. You know, casual killer 3 eyed were-snow leapord. But now I don’t have a reason for it other than if I really wanna do it.
Eh plans fall apart all the time. I hope you ended up making the most of your evening anyway. That sounds like it would have been cool to show off
It wasn’t a big deal since it was just a college student government set up thing in the afternoon when most people would be done with classes. So not much lost by me not being able to attend.
well, I wanted to do something with my friends but my cat died today so now my mood is ruined. I’ll probably just leave the great pumpkin peanuts special on tv when I go to bed or something.

Finished my Cosmic crow costume and I’m gonna be dancing to my customized Halloween playlist for 3 hours while I give out candy.
You should also give out coins, bottlecaps and pieces of tinfoil.
